1905
Banque de l'Indochine first opened its doors in Singapore in 1905. Since then, we have established a solid foundation which we can draw from to offer our clients an effective and comprehensive range of Wealth Management services and expertise.
1982
Indosuez Asia, Singapore was created to facilitate financing arrangements in Southeast Asia.
1983
Carr Futures International PTE was founded to support the financial activities of Indosuez Singapore.
1989
Indosuez Asset Management Singapore was established, specialising in portfolio management and the creation of regional and local investment funds.
1993
All of the Bank's businesses were brought together under one roof with the Singapore Regional Data Processing Centre established to process transactions for Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.
1997
After the acquisition of Indosuez by Crédit Agricole, our Group's presence in Singapore consists of a Crédit Agricole Indosuez branch and four subsidiaries: CAI Merchant Bank Asia Ltd, Carr Futures PTE Ltd, Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities (Singapore) PTE Ltd and Suez Asia Holdings PTE Ltd.
2017
CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA acquired the private banking activities of Crédit Industriel et Commercial in Singapore and Hong Kong.
2020
All of our Wealth Management resources in Asia are consolidated under the Indosuez Wealth Management brand
