Bénédicte Chrétien appointed Chief Executive Officer of CFM Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management brand of the Crédit Agricole Group in Monaco
On 11 June, the Board of Directors of CFM Indosuez, a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management in Monaco, decided to appoint Bénédicte Chrétien as Chief Executive Officer of CFM Indosuez Wealth Management. This appointment will be effective on 1 October 2025 subject to the approval of the relevant supervisory authorities.
Bénédicte Chrétien will succeed Mathieu Ferragut, who will take up a new position within Indosuez as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Advisory, Financing and Coverage division after having spent more than six years developing the wealth management business in Monaco.
Bénédicte Chrétien, currently Group Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole S.A. and a member of its Executive Committee, has solid and recognised experience at the highest level in the banking and financial sector, particularly in wealth management and asset management, where she has worked for more than twenty years. She has also been an Indosuez Wealth Management director since 2021. In Monaco where CFM Indosuez Wealth Management has been present since 1922, Bénédicte Chrétien will be responsible for continuing the development of the subsidiary, particularly with international high net worth clients.
Biographie
Bénédicte Chrétien began her career in the Human Resources Department of Axa in 1992, with responsibility for IT roles in insurance.
In 1995, she joined the Human Resources team at Axa Investment Managers, the asset management entity of the Axa group.
In 1998, she helped set up the private management division at Axa Investment Managers, taking on sales responsibilities.
In 2001, Bénédicte Chrétien was given particular responsibility for acquisitions and restructuring, reporting directly to the CEO of Axa Investment Managers.
In 2003, she returned to Human Resources then was appointed three years later Operational Head of Human Resources at Axa Investment Managers, where she supported the company's
globalisation in the United States, Europe and Asia. In 2010, Bénédicte Chrétien became Global Head of Human Resources at Axa Investment Managers, a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Axa Investment Managers Paris.
In 2013, she was appointed Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee of the Edmond de Rothschild group in Geneva.
In November 2014, she became Head of International Human Resources at Crédit Agricole S.A. In March 2016, Bénédicte Chrétien is appointed Group Head of Human Resources of Crédit Agricole S.A., member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A.
Bénédicte Chrétien holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Paris I University.
